First thing l used to do for people that bought a new bike street, trail or even some dirt bikes. First check to see if a long rod will pass through the silencer, most of the time it will not so... Take that rod, rebar or a super long drill and make a hole straight through the silencer. Most people upgrade to an aftermarket pipe or silencer anyway. This way it's a cheap modification when you find yourself needing more power, a free 5hp plus or minus totally free.

I just ordered the same bars for my crp 250. I'm 6'1" and I'm looking forward to them highway pegs more then anything. Bike looks good.

I have the 98 gasser 5.9. I would say these are great trucks. Btw i see you jave a dashmat too. Lmc truck sells dashes so you don't have to have massive holes in your dash anymore. I did a dash swap on mine and its so much better!
Thanks for that. I have looked into those. And being my truck has the older style dash I have to pull my dash out to change it the newer style you can changed it with out pulling the dash. So I'm waiting for heater core or something in the dash to need replacing when I change mine out lol. But thanks for the info. And thanks for watching!!

Sounds Like a baritone kazoo...my work truck is a 05 24v 6 speed. Hate it. The drone going down the highway is terrible....and it's slow as shit.

Actually the problem seem to become from the welds between the two gas tanks half as I just replaced a Raven 250 gas tank same as yours the other day the only option you have is to used gas tank sealer like RED-KOTE or POR-15
Yes mine was rusting right bad between the seems. And it's a 2021 model but the tank sealer has fixed my problem. I didn't look up the raven gas tanks but yeah it's aggravating but that just the price for a china bike I guess. Lol
