Workout starts at about 1:30 for those who want to skip the intro. Also, thanks. This is a useful video. ^^

THANK YOU I always thought that's what warm up meant low impact no jumping at ALL!! @Bethany B.

This is my favorite all-around short stretch/warm-up! Touches a little bit of everything, and the scale up/down options are so helpful! It was one of the first TH-cam fitness videos I found at the start of the pandemic, and 2 years down the road it is still so helpful for me. Thank you, Nicole!!

As someone who really struggles to get anything started. Doing this first really helps ❤️

I’m disabled and just getting into cardio at home to build up my strength and needed some stretches to make sure I don’t hurt myself, and I really enjoyed these! They didn’t put strain on my body and I feel like I can become more advanced with them in time, I feel more limbo and it got my heart rate up ready to work out.

I'm so glad to hear it was helpful! I'm creating some similar warm ups in the next couple months so hopefully those will be useful for you as well. :)

Thank you. This one is even do-able for people who just started out on trying to get fit. Going to do this every day and then see what else I have the energy for..

Lovely. Even good to just do on its own when I’ve sat too long.

I only did the warm-up for my exercise for today I’m 64 and I’ve always been fairly fit but it injury to my hip slowed me down tremendously two years ago. I’m using your warm up as exercise and I will build from there thank you!

Thank you, this is just what I was looking for this morning. When I wake up I'm really stiff, so I need that gentle warm up, and then often after a gentle warm up I do a regular warm up, because I do find a lot of warm up videos to be too much too fast, and a lot of yoga warm ups are too static. Much appreciated

I'm always late to the party! Just found this warm up and just wanted to say it is perfect as a pre-yoga practice warm up. I don't necessarily want to do a full-on sweaty cardio before yoga. I just want to get the blood flowing a little. great stuff .

Thank you soooooo much, after many failed attempts, a large amount of weight gain and zero level of movement; today is day 1 of cycling (indoors) and have finally found the motivation and warm up exercise that was perfect, with the joint issues I have. I was surprised to get a little sweat on which felt great and I was ready to go, thank you ❤

This warm-up is perfect for me!
I try to work on my flexibility and know how important a proper warm-up is but I struggle with more intense cardio. The running and jumping always makes my lower legs hurt and I easily get side stitches from trying to keep up. I used the 5 min warm-up of yours before and it was nice enough but I'd usually have to tone things down a little.
Today, I discovered this version and I was easily able to keep up with it while still feeling warm and loosened up at the end of it! I really liked how I can adapt the pace to my own needs and will likely make it a staple of my at-home exercise regimen.

This is helpful for my knee rehab. Thank-you. Getting over a tibial plateau fracture with orif surgery. I'm a little fragile yet. At 55 years old, it's much harder to recover my strength.
