Preheat the oven to 350 F. Start by browning the butter - add the butter to a pan over medium heat. Stir the butter as it melts. After a few minutes the butter will start to bubble, then will foam up. Once the foam subsides, you'll be left with brown, nutty smelling butter! Pour into a glass container and transfer to the freezer for 10 minutes. Once the brown butter has set up a bit, transfer it to a mixing bowl. Add the brown sugar and white sugar and whisk until well combined and smooth.
Honestly first time I'm commenting on a recipe video, but these cookies were so good. I live in eastern europe so it's hard for me to get the ingredients also sometimes the cookies i make from the american recipes just dont taste good at all, so instead of brown sugar i used cane sugar. If ur paying $20 for ingredients u can make at least 2-4 dozen cookies depending. Yes it makes you store a lot more butter, brown sugar, etc. but chances are if you’re bothered to make a single serve bakery-style homemade cookie for 1 person, you probably bake. And so the extra ingredients wouldn’t go to waste.
