Bake it in the oven for: 325F 20-23 minutes Allow it to fully cook down first & cut it into bars(when done cooling) I tried this and the top burned and it was jiggly and didn’t cook all the way through. Bicabonate of soda isn't the same as baking powder in the UK so unless baking powder if diff where you're from I think its more likely that bicarbonate of soda = baking soda? Baking powder is the one that works on its own, bicarb u need to add acid
