Holy shit you found the “Face Me” version of the Mahri film! I thought I was going crazy when they changed it to “Crash” and removed the original video!

Bionicle mini-vids are 3D computer animations, so anything can be done with the limbs. That's how the bending of the 2008 limbs was possible in the Stars mini film, and all other Bionicle mini-vids and adverts since the beginning of the franchise for that matter. Before Bionicle sets were manufactured, 3D computer models would be produced of them, and then reused for these animations as well.
@@nikajinpusno9563 while that's true for some advertisements, the stars videos were done fully practically with stop motion. The figures used in those videos were real, NOT CGI, and their limbs were cut and modified to bend, you can even see the screws on their elbows and knees in the vid.
The song's called face me. It's a Cryoshell song. Cryoshell was formed specifically for Bionicle commercial songs. Face Me was featured for most non-American versions of the commercial. Maybe there were licensing issues with Daughtry's song but I can't say for sure.

Bionicle was the greatest thing to ever come out of Lego
It was. Six Heroes, One Destiny! Unity, Duty, Destiny!
I would argue ninjago with bionicle are the best things that Lego ever released they both had good stories and heroes we would love.

Bionicle was literally built different. Huge, complex lore.

Back when they put some fun/creativity into the toys man
They still do, only now they don’t pile on so much lore that new fans aren’t as easily overwhelmed.

Same. I remember watching all of these when I was younger. I always thought they were so cool.
So nice of Lego to give them a budget of $7 for Bionicle Stars
still bigger budget than the one for the actual toys
I’m happy they let the story have an end other company would just close it and forget about it
It was still pretty good

Elden ring but bionicle.
