    I love how madfit's workouts aren't seen in a sexual way! I've seen so many workouts where the camera man just zooms on the butt for glute exercises or the torso for abs. I really love this whole channel! You've helped me be in the best shape of my life! Thank you!! ❤❤

      Whoa what channels do that? I’ve done blogilates, Daisy keech, Pamela reif, Vicky justiz, growwithjo, Lilly sabri, Bailey brown, fitness blender so many more! And that’s not even counting the yoga teachers!!
      And I’ve never seen that, at least not in a sexual way… if it’s a GLUTE exercise, for actual people who are serious about working out, we want to see the muscle being worked… I’m a straight female so I’m not looking in that way but to see how the muscle is moving; whether it’s clenched, which way each part of the glute is moving… and the same thing with abs!!
      How are you supposed to see from far away?

      I think it says more about you then it does about them, the fact you think that zooming in on a MUSCLE on the human body, when the video is ABOUT THAT MUSCLE, abojt reaching people how to work it, you see that as sexual? That’s a you thing, lol.

      Also, you said “camera man” as if these TH-camrs don’t have Final Cut in all their editing… you realize that the youtuber is the one directing the camera person, she tells him when to zoom and when not to… I’ve seen shorts of “yoga teachers” who are just basically thirst traps of slutty girls just doing “yoga” but really just doing yoga poses in the tightest leggings or shorts ever, like fully showing camel tie and everything lol. Maybe that’s what you’re referring to? But those aren’t real actual fitness instructors, you can tell within 30 seconds if it’s a real teacher or a slutty girl lol!
      Basically I’m saying that it’s not some creepy dude the way you make it sound… it annoys me bc ur not giving these girls their credit; making it sound as if their damn cameraman (or camera woman) has total autonomy in how they shoot? How do you think the video would be uploaded without the TH-camrs full support? They direct the whole video, the camera person doesn’t have editorial say… give the girls their credit and maybe accept that 1. A lot of times, they’re zooming in on those areas because the damn video is ABOUT those muscles, as I said; and it’s you projecting because maybe you’re taught that everything is overly sexual and all men are bad or something? And 2. IF they are purposely doing it to show off their ass, it is the creator doing that, not some creepy cameraman. The youtuber, as I said, directs their damn videos…

    OMG, Jaz totally made this workout for me! I was laughing the whole time, which was a nice change. And the workout itself was great. Loved your ability to multitask - legs crisscrossing up and down in perfect form, one hand holding your hair, and one hand playing with her. Impressive!

    Started your workouts in January. First a beginner's video once a week. After a month, that became once-a-week warm-up, beginner video and cooling down. After another month, that became twice a week. Now we are in June, by now I found myself ‘trained’ enough to try something else than the beginner's video's. This workout sounded friendly enough 🙃 I probably should have read the ‘get ready to feel the burn’ bit. But I loved it. Lovely that the exercises are timed, so that I can slowly learn the technique at my turtle pace and in the coming weeks I can (hopefully) start picking up my pace.

    Hi Maddie, could you make a less intense routine for us girls on period? When it's that time of the month, I feel really low on energy and it would be really helpful to have a routine I can still do so that I won't have to skip my workout day while having PMS. Thank you! :)

      There is yoga for menstrual cycles on TH-cam, yoga is a great form of gentle exercise when bleeding. 🌷

      I would totally recommend her stretch and tone workouts! She has two, her older one is a little more intense! I would also recommend any of her stretches but mostly her stress relief ones, they are sooo good!

    Maddie I know that you sometimes read what we say in the comments so I just wanted to let you know that working out with your videos has helped me to get my body and mental goals: I had so much anxiety and was going through so much stress (even though I’m 14 years old), and since I have begun to do your workouts I am a lot happier and relaxed.     I think dancer workouts are probably my new favorite! This was such a good workout. I can 100% feel the burn but it wasn't so difficult that I couldn't do it. I only had to modify one pose!! Feeling great! Thank you for sharing! ❤️

    PLEASE keep doing these dancer videos :D I had a really bad back injury that left me with a herniated disc and I couldn't workout for two years. Finally getting back to it now but running, cardio any jumping intense stuff on the back has been too much. So these workouts have me sweating and I really feel the burn but it's all on the floor and low intensity so it's been amazing for my back :)

    I just have to tell you I have fallen in love with your exercises! I have never looked forward to workout videos.. but yours - I always can’t wait to do the next one! They are the only ones I have stayed consistent with! Growing up as a dancer, I have always done the same things over and over! You bring new and different exercises that I have never done before and I LOVE IT!!

    Dia 1: ✅️ casi no pude seguirle el ritmo, pero vaya que senti el calor en cada uno de los ejercicios
    Día 2: ✅️ aun me sigue costando hacer algunos ejercicios de seguido, pero definitivamente fue más fácil seguirle el ritmo
    Día 3: ✅️ voy perfeccionando algunos ejercicios, pero ya en la segunda serie me cuesta hacerlos de corrido
    Día 4: ✅️ siento que hasta ahora es el día con el peor rendimiento que he tenido debido a lo cansada que estoy por el trabajo, pero puedo sentirme orgulla ya que esta vez logré hacer mejor el de la tijeras

    Really liked this one! The switching side planks were too difficult for me so I modified it to just a stationary plank. Still works!

    It's my first time trying one of your workouts and I liked it more than I thought I would! I am used to Pamela Reifs workouts, so the pauses and the talking in between exercises were kinda new for me. The workout was a little less intens, but I did really feel the burn. While doing the workout, the time went really fast and the video had some fun twists to the exercises. Ps. your dog is fricking cute!

    How long should I do this to see abs ? I am a dancer and am not fat but I don’t have abs so I’m doing this
    I’m gonna keep track of how long it takes me
    Day 1:✅
    Day 2:✅the bear crawl hurts my feet
    Day 3:✅my feet do t hurt anymore 👏🏽
    Day 4:✅I feel like I can feel the burn in all of these workouts

    Returned to it again. Jazz so adorable I need some attention mommy dog. My dog is still sleeping g on the bed as my workout starts everyday at 06:00 AM. But Jazz is a sweet one!
