    I absolutely love this workout, I’m starting to see some progress and I see myself getting abs too!
    Day 1: I did the whole set but it was difficult and I had to pause through some
    Day 2: I paused a little but I do feel my stomach harder and it’s really intense
    Day 3: I LOVE IT!! This really helps a lot and I see myself getting skinnier everyday! My stomach feels very intense and muscular!!
    Day 4: I only paused a little bit but now I see that everyday I can feel more slimmer/slimmer!! I’m lovin it.
    Day 5: I didn’t even pause at all today!! I’m so proud

    I really appreciated that you included the stretching session after the workout in the same video. I liked that the stretches targeted the muscles we just worked. Also, thank you for starting the video focusing on form. This was a tough one! Thank you, Maddie.

    I really appreciate your constant reminder of protecting the lower back throughout this workout. There are tons of workout videos out there but few instructors pay attention to this very important point so that people don't get hurt. The slow pace also makes it possible for me to pay attention to my postures. Thank you for the great class!

    I really appreciate that Maddie always reminds us about lifting our shoulder blades off the ground and keeping your lower back flat to really work and activate the targeted muscles!!! Another great routine! Ready for day 8 💪🏽🤩

    day 8✅: i almost didn’t do today’s workout because i wasn’t feeling well all day. i decided to do it tonight and i’m so glad i did. i really enjoyed this ab workout and the structure!

    I have never had to work at my abs until about a year ago. 6 pack turned into a one pack. Thanks Covid. I came across this and tried to do the workout and had to stop about q quarter through.. lol.. I also never realized how weak I am in my hips. I have been weightlifter for 35 years but struggle w/ these basic movements. Anyhow I am hooked on these ab workouts. I am doing them a few times a week but have a long way to go. I want my 6 pack back! Great channel!

    بعد رمضان سمنت 😾!! ف بجربهن لمده 10 ايام واقول النتيجه اذا كانت حلوه استمر لمده شهر 🫦 ذي اول مره اتمرن عليها اتمنئ تكون نتيجه حلوه!! 🫶، بحدث كل يوم واقول وش يصير قبل لا ابلش بطني 37سنتمر!!!! ابغئ تصير 27 يعني مسحطه المهم بستمر وكمان ما راح اسوي دايت اكل قليل وصحي واتمنئ انحف 🫣💯.
    اليوم الاول تم ومره تعب حرفياااا!!
    اليوم الاول+الثاني: تم 💯
    اليوم الثالث+رابع: تم
    الخامس+سادس: تم
    لحد الان ماكو نتائج او فرق..!!

    Love how much rest there is between your workouts, some on youtube are too fast paced and makes you push not in a good way which could cause you injuries. LOVE LOVE LOVE.

    I really appreciate this workout. I have many workouts and yoga sessions saved for future use. But this one is going into my best folder. I liked the simple exercises, the format, your excellent instruction, the music, and the way it all flew by. It was challenging. And thank you so much for the stretching at the end. So many instructors just leave that out.

    It's been a while since I've done your 30 min abdominal workouts but I was able to complete all of the exercises with little to no breaks beside the 15 seconds of rest in the video!! Love these long abdominal workouts!!

    Day 1: it was hard but i felt successful and just great when I finished ! I wanted to stop around 18 minutes but then I just told myself “you gotta keep going,” and I did. I am so proud of myself
    Day 2: it was easier this time but it still burned haha. I feel relaxed and amazing !!

    Thank you for this one! I love working out my abs, but many ab workouts leave me kind of unsatisfied. Slow and focused movements with clean transitions as you offer them here feel much more effective.
