As someone who practiced ballet in the studio for slightly over a decade, this workout reminds the muscles i used to utilize to execute the ballet technique and I've never been this nostalgic doing a workout
I LOVE THIS! Just completed Day 27's workout (I live in France.) So grateful to have Maddie to keep me motivated. I'm 56 years old and even though I'm moderately fit I've never committed to a workout EVERY DAY as I have since January started! I LOVE the fact that I don't have to choose what workout I'm going to do every day. All parts of my body burn most days but I want to feel challenged! After the workout, I feel energized and my mood is always improved, because I know I've pushed myself. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Maddie! You've made Lockdown etc. so much more bearable. I love how you encourage us, look straight at the camera and smile (as if it's personal to ME) and don't talk more than you need to.

I really really like your energy, its so refreshing, I can't put my finger on why. So many of your workouts look effective, practical, and fun without being silly if that makes sense. And you seem honest. Might sound weird but so many workouts YT recommends just have an influencer vibe... you seem more authentic and personable.
Yes! I agree with you. I even tried Emi Wong's workouts before but even she came off a bit inauthentic to me. I didn't really like the random motivation quotes bc it felt like it came out of nowhere. Chloe Ting also didn't help. Doesn't guide you on your form.

Hello! I have been working out now using your videos for the past 4 weeks. I have gotten significantly stronger and the workouts are getting better for me to push through rather than taking breaks. My belly area is a lot smaller now and my abs and core are getting a lot stronger. I really enjoy these workouts and can definitely see a change in my body becoming more toned all over. I can wear clothes I haven't worn in a while due to my lower belly fat and feel more confident about my body. I will continue my journey with your help! This was the first time trying the ballet ab workout and I felt great doing it. I used to dance when I was younger so I have been able to get back my form for the exercises. Thank you so much for all you're doing and all your workout routines. They are making a big difference in my life. I am getting the figure back I have wanted and missed!

Love it ! I was in a 6 week intensive ballet and jazz program and we did a lot of these workouts. That was the time I was the strongest and most in shape so I’m so glad I found this !

Thank you for this great workout! I love that it is ballet inspired - to me this is so much more motivating than an ordinary workout as I am focusing on executing the movements as elegantly and sharply as I can. This also distracts me from how tough this is. So no simple plodding through a routine of bog-standard moves, this really has some verve!

I loved this one soooo much!! It definitely made my tummy hurt but I felt so graceful doing some of these exercises that I wanted to keep going! I'd love more like these
What I have learned from this exercise over the year or so that I've been practicing with you is how not to put my upper arm down on the mat while doing the bicycle. Apart from the to keep my lower back on the mat also. My level of fitness has certainly improved massively!
A reason why I love your workouts is because I know that in some you incorporate excercises that involve your dance background. The moment I saw you posted this video I got so excited!

Thank you! I am a professional contemporary dance student from Finland, studying dance on a distance for now.. And this video caught my interest during my lonely training hours straight away! I do train ballet in my everyday life to support contemporary, and love basically training in any form. So, this turned out a great combination and after this video I started searching for more ballet-based training videos! Now since I saw this video, it inspired me to build a new self-tailored program: head focus on ballet lessons, ballet flexibility and ballet power.
