Hi there. Looks like a much more elegant design than the machine I designed. One question tho. How thick is your strip that you get from bottles? My cutter makes the 8mm strips but it results in a larger hole inside the filament that I would like (I compensate with increased flow) but most importantly, I cannot splice it because it unwinds when heated to melt.

Does it allow a neat spooling without overlapping the filament on the wheel without assistance? Doesn’t show the purpose of the sliding table

which diameter of nozzle are you using? and how much in diameter the plastic which came out from nozzle?
