Looks great, would look forward to seeing progress on the pellet extruder you made previously with the hopper and auger extruder.
Need to revive that project ⚒️
I followed your wiring, but the temperature won't turn up. Please help
bro when will you try the pp plastic rods ? , I've been waiting for months
Great work!
Thank you! Cheers!
Good day. What transformer should I buy if the one you have in the description of the video from Amazon is 16.7 cm and the box on it is not that big, it cannot fit in there. Thank you
I'm using old PSU of HP computer but you can use any psu within this dimensions 50mmx30mmx125mm
So why do you have a link in the description of the video to a product that has different dimensions and has a size of 167x6.3x3.8 I already bought it and it's useless if it doesn't fit
excellent video!!could you please be more specific about the cable connections??i think your scematic does not show us the motor connection!!thank you!!
Dc motor connection is pretty simple just follow the PWN guide, connect positive and negative wire to pwn and then wire from pwm to dc motor.
@@Creative3DPcan u explain more pleas or send me a image about the digram pleas
tought you needed a heatsink for the relay
hey bro, can i use neman 17 instead of a TT-775 All-Metal Gear DC Motor?
no, you need a controller board to use stepper motors
hi, i'm trying to follow your wiring setup but something seems wrong. i got a dc to dc ssr but seems like it's not working. the Rex c100 send signals to it, but on the output there's no current, and so the heater doesn't work. could you help me please?
Look into the Input and Output wiring in SSR
Kaam accha hai... Accent Kahan se utha lia bhai?
i purchased ur file but there is a part missing the motor holder and the wire rotating part
Thank you for informing me. I will make sure to update it promptly on Cults3D.
@@Creative3DP ok
can u use 28BYJ-48 with bipolar mod for the filament puller instead
I haven't tried it, but I think the 28BYJ-48 motor is not powerful enough to pull the filament. You would need to create a gear mechanism to increase the torque.
would it be worth it to get a 6 times more expensive nema 17 because I want to make one using ramps 1.4 board for school project
@@Creative3DP
some videos show it can pull 1.5 kg weight
@@Creative3DP
will nema 14 work?@@Creative3DP
I used the ssr 25DD But the heater did not heat
Did you check the input and output side. please make you haven't confused wiring on input and output side of SSR
Hi i am not sure about the solid state relay it's comfusing you said dc to dc in caption and link shows dc to ac can you clear my confusion i am jist struck at that part
It's DC to DC and select "SSR-25DD" on amazon. I have provided the link for DC to DC but it automatically switches to DC to AC.
@@Creative3DP you used SSR-60DD ?
And i am using utc421p can you help with wiring i am cosnfuse for that part
Yes, that one was the only one I had while making the video. However, you can use 25DD instead, as it needs to be above 12 volts.
Sure, I have provided the wiring diagram in the Video. You can follow that and if you face any problem lemme know I'm happy to help you.
Like the work was done perfectly, but if I knew that the components wouldn't fit, I wouldn't buy it. I can't find a source that sits there anywhere
Mail me your problem in detail, maybe i can modify this according to your PSU dimensions
Can you try the pet wire 1$ filament to remelt and try to print that bro
Seems like a great idea, will give it a try. Thanks
@@Creative3DP i am waiting for your next video 😁
@@Creative3DP i possible, can you please tell the result as soon as possible, i am very excited to know about that 😅
Lemme try! I'll let you know
I have been doing this for almost a month
You can mail me your problem if its that severe, also send some pictures of it on my mail. Its given in channel's about section
are you indian? nice content, video editing, i love your videos
Yes, thanks
nice if all is free to download my friend
What is the print speed?
If you mean my elegoo printer's print speed then that was 250mm/s
@@Creative3DP Strange when I do it this printer is really fragile and impossible to use
great speed mine is kingroon kp3s 60mm/s

Size of PET bottle strip
10mm
Can you please help me
Are you an Indian
Hi
I have mail you
ok
So it just bends the PET slice into the tube creating the filament of the inconsistent diameter. Why do you continue on this inherently useless way?
No, First thing is to cut the plastic strip into uniform size like 6, 10 or 12mm depends upon thickness of bottle and filament is mostly have consistent diameter and its kinda hollow inside but you can offset it by increasing the flow rate
Sorry, what would be a better way then? I just want to create a machine like this
How can I contact you
