Forget the gym, sculpt your whole body from home with just a pair of dumbbells! This 25-minute workout includes 4 sets of 4 exercises per group for muscle building. This FULL BODY strength workout will help you build muscular endurance and burn fat.
Each set will be worked back to back with only a rest period between each set. So we will work 30 seconds per movement at the end of the set and followed by 30 seconds of recovery.
First, we recommend going through the workout to preview the exercises so you can prepare for the weights you want to use. Try to use 1 set of dumbbells that you can handle for each of the 3 exercises. Over time, you can increase the weight and challenge yourself with progressive overload.
