Anna, this one was my favorite one yet. Please load more of these. Your have been the only TH-cam trainer that I workout with consistently for over 2 years. One day I challenged my husband to join me because he has a tendency to underestimate girls. He loves working with men with big muscles. He joined me a year ago and the first time he nearly threw up but he continued doing your videos with me 3-4/week. the word "killer" here perfectly suits this workout(in the end, I couldn't longer do squats with jumps, so settled on regular squats)😅. but this is not a disadvantage. I enjoyed the workout for 100% and feel that I am growing. thank you, Anna! it was incredible💗

I wrote down everything you did and modified it to fit my exercise needs, I want to build more strength so I left out the cardio bits and focused on the weights I also had to move some things around (I can’t go from plank position to standing up I’ll get really dizzy so I just put all those things together 😅) I was also looking for inspiration on what to do and this helped☺️

Killer workout! I had to drop my weight on the goblet squats other than that did every other workout. It was challenging for sure! Especially using 25 pound dumbbells.

Just finished this workout!! What a great way to start the day 😊 just a suggestion: I think the 10s between each cool down exercise can be skipped. I always find myself doing a different stretch during the pause.

Hi! Is this also for men? I am man and did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I used 1 lb soup can as weights but gave up at around 14 minutes mark :( My MIL did the full lesson using pairs of 12 and 20 lb dumbbells!! Her biceps are solid like all the women here I guess, she has unbeatable arm strength and endless stamina!! I feel quite low and defeated :(
