Wustlings are a slight problem in this one... EDIT: Slight mistake I just noticed in the video. When talking about the turning point of Exo Zombies' story, I say that we didn't see the infection spread across the western hemisphere and it just pops up out of nowhere in Descent. TECHNICALLY, we saw it consume Burger Town, but we never saw it spread past that point and Oz bringing it back up out of nowhere in DLC4 was what I was trying to mock. I'll admit though, it was very poor wording/scripting on my part. oops lol
I couldn’t stop laughing with the Hidden Character Collections you kept doing. The final one being “Make sure Activision’s Check Clears” I loved that. Keep up the little things in these videos Rizzo. ⬛️ Pick Up Nail Bat
Very fun listen, Rizzo. I think the only criticism i have with the video is that I'd leave some of the important text on screen a bit longer. I found myself pausing most every time there was some important note onscreen. Other than that, I enjoyed it, good job!

I am a big fan of these and really don't know why since I don't agree with most of the maps and games you like however I really can agree with almost all of your points that you make. for example I absolutely hate and can't stand jump scares and is that is the main reason I never played WW2 zombies much.But I can see that, going off of your reviews, you love these maps. I found it interesting that I could find someone with almost the opposite of my opinion so entertaining. and I can't wait for the newest review!
I really did enjoy this review, as your other ones! And I liked the inclusion of the medal, in-game like pop ups that were included to replace the "if you blink, you miss it" sort of thing like you did in the past with text pop ups. I think you mean that the sound design in nazi zombies is excellent? In multiplayer, WW2 has nothing on Battlefield 1. Both games are good for different reasons (can't compare Zombies to BF 1, that'd be apples to oranges).
I didn't want to watch this video before the map came out since I play on Xbox I love this map greatly so far, the the Easter egg is so disappointing and the boss fight is boring, still can't complete it, I hate bosses that require me to shoot at it at a specific time when it starts an attack, that wouldn't be so bad if the boss arena wasn't so cramped, and thousands of zombies were trying to eat me alive more than they ate straub. Overall tho the map itself is great, and even the Easter can be fun up to the Barbarossas sword part, but other than that, nothing else really stood out, I still prefer the darkest shore, any day of the week. (1 being best, 6 being worst) 1. Darkest shore 2. Shadowed throne 3. Final Reich 4. 5. 6. grosten house 4 and 5 are blank since the other two maps are not out yet. But I overall agree with the video Rizzo, you make the best ones and that is what makes you one of my personal favorite TH-camrs/critics : )

For the comments about Buried, it was evident that Tranzit and Die Rise were not really liked by most of the community that much. So when Mob of the Dead garnered lots of positive feedback from the community, I’m sure when Zielinski came back to do Buried, they took a couple notes from Mob of the Dead. For example, Tranzit and Die Rise did not have any background music. Then after Mob did it, Buried just adopted the bigger emphasis on music as well. Along with cool map gimmicks like wall chalk you can place anywhere and Arthur, it didn’t feel like the other two Zielinski maps at all. Whether or not you like the change, it’s evident the community at large did like Buried (for the most part).
I hate morse code in ANY cod map. Trying to solo it and properly pin the right coordinate is annoying af. On the other hand, the wunderweapon is painfully easy to obtain, and satisfying to use but tedious to get the ammo back. I like this, the smuggler step can be way too annoying, but the bat is so great to use.

There's bare-bones stuff in Nuketown, and nothing in Die Rise. 2: The reason Buried drops these (like Die Rise didn't already) is because the map wanted to focus on the cycle, the end of this storyline, and the feeling of inevitability. The cycle is talked about much more in Buried than Die Rise, and we learn that Richtofen has reset our characters an unknown amount of times. It could be as small as a dozen or as much as a million, these characters have died countless times, and round infinity is one of the darkest things in zombies. 3: So underground western town is out of tone, but being teleported to some Chinese skyscrapers isn't? 4: You can't actually tell me that the reason you insult this map every chance you get, and would rather play broken ass IW maps that get impossible past round 50, is because of story. *FUCK THAT* I'm not even mad about Buried, i'm mad that you hold Die Rise above it, and you think that your BO3 zombies video isn't good anymore. I miss the old Rizzo.
1. The CDC, airborne virus and Samuel hearing voices plot threads come from Die Rise. There's also a bit more with survivors getting manipulated and abandoned by Richtofen/Maxis. There's a side narrative with a CDC member where he kills his staff because they started exhibiting signs of infection. It ends with him saying that the sickness has become airborne and that infection is inevitable for all survivors. 2. Then that's a poor storytelling decision. You can't drop everything to focus on something else at the last second. If you do that, then everything falls apart and nothing will be satisfying. I'm still convinced this decision was a time thing and that there was originally supposed to be a map between Die Rise and Buried. Call it a hunch. 3. Oh, the sudden "teleporting across the world" thing is nonsense. The pre-Buried story isn't perfect, and that's one of the dings I have against it. 4. I think you completely missed the point. I even said on-screen that I wouldn't hate the map anywhere near as much if I at least found it fun, but that's the huge killer for Buried. I just don't find it fun in the slightest. There's literally nothing for me in that map. It's boring to play and shits on the only things I liked in Jimmy's BO2 run; the story and world. I shit on Buried every chance I get because it's the only example of a map that gets literally EVERYTHING wrong in my eyes. 5. I only hold Die Rise above Buried in story/world-building. Die Rise is absolute misery to play. Same with TranZit and Nuketown. I don't find Buried miserable persay gameplay-wise, but I don't enjoy it either.
My only problem with this game is the fact the box loves to give me snipers and marksman rifles even though I mainly like full autos that look good in my hand and are stingy in general and just a mg42
