    I've been doing this workout for a week and 2 days? now. My back USED TO have many fat, but thanks to this video, it's really toned. Try this for 2 weeks and don't check the result every day. I swear this works

    Love your videos! I'm 62, live in los Angeles and try to do a couple every day. I like how sober, simple and silent the setting is. I love HIIT classes, and yours the best. Those other videos with loud music and constant counting or talking are so obnoxious, but you have a fan here. If I may ask for a video one day on angel wings (or bat wings 😐) and on lifting things up, that would be awesome.

    I love that you allow us to view the video from the actual body part being worked. It takes the guesswork away. We see the parts of the back muscles being worked on. Although you may feel it in your arms as well, it's all part of the process. Great job can't wait to try.

    doing this workout 6 times a week. I'll be updating!
    day 1 - done! i tried another back workout but i like this one better because it has more workouts.
    day 2 - done
    day 3 - didnt do, break day!
    day 4 - done! did the whole workout without needing a break. I also can touch my fingers behind my back with ease now!
    day 5 - done! make sure to check your posture in between workouts because i sometimes got out of form but corrected it. :)
    day 6 - done! workout was kinda hard today but still finished with no breaks!
    day 7 - donee!
    day 8 - it was my break day so i didnt do it :) (I also do other workouts, I do this one last to relieve my back and to tone it too!))
    day 9 - done! I'm seeing just a tiny bit of changes honestly. My back has been hurting for the past 5 months and still does, but this workout gives me a bit of relief along with doing some extra stretches after! And I don't know if I'm looking too hard in the mirror but I feel like I can see the slighest changes of my back getting a bit more slim?? :)))
    day 10 - done
    day 11 - done
    day 12 - done
    day 13- done
    day 14- didnt do
    day 15 - didnt do
    day 16 - didnt do (i took those days as my off days and im going to be continuing on the next two days and then go back to my regular schedule!)
    day 17 - done!

    Just started going back to the gym today and I came home and also did this workout! I mainly want to build muscle, but i do have a little unwanted fat I want to burn off too. Im going to stay consistent and do a mini progress log after 1/2 weeks and see what happens :)

    What a magnificent back workout. I am pushing 70 and I have always taken care of my back . . . except this year because there has been on thing after another.     Hi guys,
    I struggle with staying consistent and therefore I always miss out or seeing results. After reading the comments, I’m really optimistic and hopeful about this workout. I want to hold myself accountable so I will be editing this comment and adding to it everyday.
    Day 1 - done
    Day 2 - done but my shoulders hurt!
    Day 3- didn’t do it
    Day 4- didn’t do it
    Day 5- done!!

    This feels great!! I've had an injury working out and i haven't been able to workout properly for like 2+ months now. My injury is at my lower back and this felt great without aggravating my pain! You have no idea how not moving my body was taking a toll on my mental health. Havent felt this great in so long.     Trying to do this every day for at least 3 weeks and update on the results!
    day 1 ✅
    day 2 ❌pilates workout was heavily focused on upper body so didn't do it
    day 3 ✅ (took a picture of my back for better comparison later on)
    day 4 ✅
    day 5 ✅ (getting a little easier)
    day 6 ✅ (gave 110% today)
    day 7 ❌break day
    day 8 ✅ (wanted to use weights but only had apples)
    day 9 ✅ (switched apples with cans of cat food, good burn)
    day 10 ✅
    day 11 ✅ (switched to bags of wet clay, great burn!)
    day 12 ✅ (took another pic, seems a little more toned, not that much of a difference tho)
    day 13 ✅
    day 14 ❌rip streak
    day 15 ❌
    day 16 ✅
    day 17 ✅
    day 18 ✅
    day 19 ✅ (just realized how much more flexible my back and shoulders have become thanks to the regular stretching :)
    day 20 ✅
    day 21 ✅ (3 weeks damn)

    Ps. This is actually a very nice back workout! It targets my arms too, road to barbie arms 😅.
