On the bottom of this case, in front of the psu shroud, there are some round and slotted holes in a very specific arrangement, but nothing in the documentation says what these are for. I was thinking maybe you could add a drive cage of some kind. Any idea?

Elric, thank you for doing a AMD build. I like this setup with the exception of the XFX card but that's only because I've had issues with the last three XFX cards I've owned. I'd love to see some benchmarks on this setup!

I did a complete future proof build last month with a carbine series case. the 300c. I got a msi carbon series led z170 motherboard, but 16 gbs od ddr4, h100i, 6700k, and 2 gtx 980 ti gpus. for 4k it's amazing.

Hmm i would like to see spec for 3D graohic program - Zbrush, C4D, rendering plugin (CPU and GPU base). There is aaaaa looot of things like "AMD work worse" or "better buy 980Ti instead 1080 because 1080 don't work at all/good as" etc.

I wouldn't really recommend this case compared to other cases, worst is the I.O location which is on the back panel, no dust filter on top so you should never use top fan (unless you custom make one) and the front dust filter is stuck to the panel so its a bit more tedious to clean. If you want something similar but better; go with the Fractal define C or P400S if you want to go a bit more premium (although slightly less airflow from the front).

These days, cases aren't made for multi gpu's , the psu shroud are just to near from the second gpu + 3 fans intake and 1 fan exshaust isn't enough (we need 3 intake and 2 exhaust)... all front panels choke the air intake and the 30g steel are paper thick... Where are the good cases designers ???

Even though I'm a huge AMD fan, I recommend picking an Intel CPU instead of a AMD CPU.
Bulldozer is simply too old and it isn't worth saving a few bucks for 30% bottleneck perfomance. If anything Zen looks promising.
These parts were left over from other projects I did not go and buy them for a priced based build.
