    Just built my first PC with this case. The final setup turned out to be more expensive than I initially anticipated due to monitor, desk, speakers, etc but I'm beyond happy with how it turned out. For my first time building a PC and with only a few weeks of extensive research I found everything to be fairly easy. The saying "LEGO for adults" is an appropriate phrase to describe building a PC. My only regret is that I hadn't joined PC gaming sooner.

      Step one: stick CPU and RAM in motherboard
      Step two: Prepare CPU for its cooler
      Step three: sitck the motherboard in the case
      Step four: stick power supply and necessary cables in
      Step five: put CPU cooler on
      Step six: stick storage drives and cables need for that
      Step seven: follow motherboard instructions for correct cable installation
      Step eight: install fans
      Step nine: put graphics card in slot
      Step ten: manage cables
      Step eleven: realize how easy it is

      Amigo, se você está pensando isso morando na Europa, não sabe como é frustrante para nós que moramos no Brasil. Um computador com configuração parecida, custaria aqui aproximadamente R$ 9.000,00. E temos uma média salarial de R$ 1.700,00. Somente a GPU custaria R$ 2.798,00. É absurdo!
      I mean, we're fucked here in Brazil!!

      We purposely mounted it in that orientation to match the rest of the text on the motherboard.

    • @wolfamelon751
      @wolfamelon751 7 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      You actually cant mount it upwards as the screws are in a rectangular pattern, your only choices are left or right...

    • @iamfcon
      @iamfcon 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      Not that you can see it once built, but it's silly that the Ryzen text on the CPU is opposite from the text on the mobo, so that'll rustle jimmies somewhere, haha.

    Huh, I haven't been in the scene for a while, my current build is still from 2010, but I'm surprised to see they went back to CPU's with pins on them, rather than surface contacts and the pins being within the motherboard socket. It's like going back in time, lol.

    Hi, I am trying to upgrade my NAS build to a highend PC to play around with VMWare and building virtual machine.
    I will be reusing my Case (Fractal Design Node 304) and the power Supply Ace 500 ATX . The components I have planned for:
    MSI Intel B250I Gaming Pro AC 7th/6th Gen USB2 Motherboard - Mini ITX
    Intel Core i7-7700 3.6 GHz QuadCore 8 MB Cache CPU - Fan Cooler provided along with the processor
    Crucial 16 GB DDR4 2133 MT/s (PC4-17000) DIMM 288-Pin Memory
    I will not be over clocking. Please let me know if this would work, because I have few doubts which I am not getting answers.
    Is the Intel Fan Cooler enough for this build / purpose?
    Do I need a new power supply for this build / purpose?

    but why spend so much on the video card and cheap out on the power supply?
    i put in a 5770 in a dell once and it worked on a 350 watt power supply. but the video card started having problems after a while and died a few months later. bottom line for a 1080 u probably need at least 750 watt.

      Mike None nah pascal architecture is insanely efficient. You could use a 550w probably but around 650w would be ideal.
