United Healthcare sent me a link to this in an email. Little do they know that I exercise with Leslie Sansone every day for 30 minutes! 😊 These workouts are excellent for anybody, at any age, but especially for those of us older folks.
That was great! I had a bad sleep last night and didnt feel like exercising this morning. Found this and thought I'd give it a try. So pleased i did. That 30 mins flew by!!
Was wanting to do a workout that I learned from my recruiter to get ready for navy bootcamp when I enlisted 21 years ago but realized I only had hard wood floors or concrete floors... no rugs. That makes it difficult to do crunches and side leg lifts. So I did this work out today. I feel accomplished now. Got a few more calories to consume on myfitnesspal now too!
wife on account, i contimplated for ages with myself to do a workout and then i found this, third time doing the walking workout! Love it, absoloutely perfect.
Excellent video. Leslie’s workout with a fresh twist. I’m recovering from a bilateral ankle fracture and a sprained ankle on the other side 13 weeks ago so I had to modify some moves but I manage this. Yay.
Vintage Leslie Sansone -been recently doing her sessions from 2021 on my active rest days in between strength training as in winter here in Southern Hemisphere -one has to give her the credit
I’m coming back home from my afternoon walking, I had so much fun with my favorite music for about 45 minutes, I started with slow music and after that I skipped from fast to medium and slow, it was very fun
I agree with other comments - the beat just didn't go with the movements. Too fast & too uncomfortable to try & keep movements to beat. Good moves but need to change the sound to them. I'll go back to Leslie 👍

@@kafizola5695 I only do one workout a day. I built up my endurance and was able to do Leslie Sansone’s 3 mile after a couple of weeks.
I am a die hard fan of Leslie Samsone.
