    I am 60 years old- started leslie's workout in July 2022 (weight 93kg). By February 2023 came down 73kg!!Came down to size 14 from size 24!!

      @@fille2sion2 if this can help you, Im a walker , but got fibroids, surgeries and my womb was so big . I did Leslie for 2 weeks, 1h30 per day, which is too much and will make u sore and sick if u are not in a good condition. It was the holidays and when we went back to school, everybody asked me what I did to shrink my belly and lost so much weight fast. I do eat everything natural, I cook a lot, a lot of meat, I drink diet coke, coffee with no sugar, a lot of oat with honey milk, maple syrup, other sweeteners, i do not eat wheat and white sugar and I do not do alcohol. Hoping this helps you, you need dedication. Tho it seems easy, doing it everyday is a big challenge. I used to have 2 bellies.

    I do many of Leslie's walk at home videos,alternating regularly for 3 yrs.(ish) this one has I do most...it has been a joy to watch him try hard and improve much in this 20 minutes...
    I love all ur walkers!!WALH ON!

    The Walk at Home Program is deceptively simple but very effective, leaving you feeling invigorated and motivated. I started tracking calories in February 2022 at age 63 and began exercising with Leslie's videos in June of that year. Being very disciplined with both, I've lost forty pounds and have kept them off. I never skip my workout. Even if I have to break it up into two or three sessions throughout the day, I get at least 30 minutes daily. To anyone reading, you can do this! Believe in yourself. Take the process one day at a time and commit to daily workouts. Start with ten minutes - Leslie has a lot of shorter workouts posted. With consistency, you will get fit and stronger and progress to longer workouts.

    My husband and I walk with Leslie every day. This 20-minute walk is our favorite, we love the beat of the music. The music is super good on this video, it really makes us pick up our feet and walk.

    Wonderful Leslie!!! I am 57, my weight was 85kg. During last 7 years I gradually put on 13 kg. Tried everything : diets, fasting, gym, walking, excluded sugar and bread 5 years ago. Nothing helped. Started 30 minutes training with Leslie and…. MIRACLE! Started 10 April 2024 and as of today 20 May 2024 my 4 kilos gone🎉🎉🎉🎉! This workout works!

    Hello leslie, i am back to my daily walking with you, I compared two workouts, walking around town was great, but seems like by doing this , I burned more calories, walked a mile and half more than walking around town. I love this, it's more fun, and easy on my joints, compared walking on hard surface around town. I thank God for you. God is so good.

    Your videos are the best, I am trying to complete 2-3 a day as I have set myself the target of completing 20,000 steps a day for at least one month. You give just enough instruction throughout reminding us of what we are supposed to be doing, lovely gentle reminders and really fun.

    Absolutely love this lady I workout with her every day and I’m 68 with Osteoarthritis and Osteoporosis and five replacement surgeries done and now awaiting another surgery. I have have lost seven stone eleven pounds and 11 pounds under my goal and at goal 19 months x

    Walk at Home is getting me back in shape after turning 50! Had to adjust my exercise routine with age. After doing Jillian Michaels HIIT workouts for more than 10 years.. at 50 it just got to hard for my joints. Doing the Walk at Home videos sure did motivate to keep moving. Hope TH-cam never removes this channel!!

    Leslie Sansone is, hands down, the very best fitness instructor there is. She's bright, encouraging, effective, and she always has people working at different fitness levels, and even modifying for beginners or the less fit! I've used her workouts for literally years. I love this one.

    Hi Leslie. Finally found a workout that I was comfortable with. Took me a while to get to it but didn’t give up. 5 days a week of 30 mins boosted walking workouts (I use different segments each week so it won’t be boring 😁😁😁) together with intermittent fasting gave me a 31 lbs weight loss in the last 6 months. Now I have to change my whole wardrobe. Thank you. 🙏🏼🌺🙏🏼

    It's a rainy, gross day here under quarantine due to the global health crisis here in April, 2020. How terrific to be able to still be active in the comfort and safety of my own living room! I had taken a month off of working out with all the craziness going on, but this one was just perfect to jump back in. I now feel fantastic, both physically and mentally. Let's all be sure to look after OURSELVES in these strange times. It's easy to get so busy looking after everyrone else that we fall by the wayside!
    I hope Leslie and all her walkers and crew are healthy and well

    I still have this dvd. I am so happy that I didn't give this walk dvd away. I gave alot of her walk dvds away to a friend of mine. Walking is good and important for everyone. Even though we r inside, we can be healthy by taking care of ourselves.

    I have been doing walk at home exercises nearly 20-25 minutes each morning before breakfast for 6 years or more
    I am 65 years old, i have bronchectazi and koah for at least 30 years, high tension anda starting diabethis
    And thanks to sportive walking fast outside and these exercises at home kept me safe from driving these ilnesses further.
    I feel myself healthy, not sitting all the day, a sportive man . I defeated all of those illnesses by walking 40 minutes at open air, leslie sanson exercises 20-25 minutes at home, much water, mental activeness each day, and using traditional phyto medicine ,and new medicine
    These exercises give me youth and physicologic and physical strenght.
    I drink at least 10-12 glasses of water a day
    I dont have much money but i follow stock market with a very small acccount .I study foreign language from tv , youtube or other sources
    They give me mental activeness.

    After 2 months of my cesarean section I started doing WALK with you guys . Now baby is 10 weeks old. When my baby unsettle I carry him and do work out with you. I feel great 👍. This is best and mild but effective work out for people with abdominal surgery . Thanks guys ... cheers

    Started 13-11-2024 just 2 days back, im loving this walk, im so impressed with the music, ma'am leslie's motivational clear tone of voice, smile on the face of your team, the activeness, energy... I love everything about this workout... I will try my best not to skip this walk as long as i have good health... I am 26 years old and i weight 63kg..

    I find it very difficult to walk after 2nd chemo .. after try this I can’t believe it I can follow up to 12 mins . FYI my legs are so weak . Thanks Leslie ❤️

    2 weeks i was hospitalised for blood pressure and high sugar, and i search in TH-cam for exercise for high bp and sugar and this brisk walk was recommended by TH-cam, then i start doing it yesterday.. To my surprise 😮 it works my bp and sugar drops.. So from yesterday and on im gonna do this brisk walking. 😊

    Love this lady’s approach to workouts. Exercising to her videos helped me lose 6 inches off my waist.

      @@purviratnani2613 These exercises count as cardio to me. I did one of Leslie’s 30-minute walking workouts 4-5 times a week and lost weight.

    I'm a 33 year old with activity induced asthma and back and leg injuries. These workouts help greatly, as I can't go above moderate paced exercises , and can't do more than 1 or 2 things at a time with my dysoraxia. My ADHD makes workouts about 30 mind difficult so this is just right.

    After watching this vdo I can't stop myself to walk with you Leslie ..
    The combination of BG music is so nice so if I start it with normal mood but finish it with very happy and active mood 😊
    And the motivation of your saying in-between is just amazing..
    I hv started following your walking program few months back n you won't belive it I just feel so active whole the day.. this types of workout is necessary for all the ladies who won't get time for their workout whole day because of lot more work at home n office.. I believe..

    I love doing the walking with Leslie tapes. Im addicted now. Ive introduced it to my colleagues at work and they love it. We do some group work out with the tapes at work in the mornings prior to the start of shift.. Im struggling with my weight so these tapes keep me moving.

    Leslie Sansone, you are the Bomb! I never could do online workouts/walks, just would not keep on with them. But yours are completely different! I do them all the time, I know people's names in them, they are always fun! I do one almost every day, no matter what else is happening: a long one if I have time, or short if I have to. I'm feeling fit again, much more energy, and so much more cheerful! You have made a huge difference in my life and I am sure in the lives of many others. This family & friends video is awesome.     Good morning Leslie. Thank you for this firey 20 minute brisk walk. A perfect way to end my walking routine for the day. I got back from a 30 minute walk with our dogs and thought of trying your walk at home routine and feel very energized. I’ll be trying another of your sessions tomorrow. Brilliant!

    I had a funny experience: I was already at a healthy weight & I started these workouts simply to remain active during the lockdown. It's been a few weeks now and I realize my waist has become so shapely and tummy flater than before 🤣😂 the funny thing is I wasn't even trying to achieve these things ha ha.
    Thank you so much, Leslie! I'm getting a lot more out of these workouts than I expected to initially!

    I'm kind of hesitant to do the 20 minute straight brisk walking, because every time I try to exercise I feel dizzy afterwards. But this one made a difference. I was really surprised, I felt energized and relaxed. GOD bless.

    I am doing your workouts twice a day once around lunch time and they other after work. I left moderate to heavy weights with conditioning 4 - 5 times per week as well. WFH your workouts helps break up the tension of the day! I find you so up lifting. Thank you!
