    මැඩම් මේක උදේ පාන්දර තුන හමාරට කරාට පස්සේ මුළු දවසම අවදියෙන්, මටනම් කිසි වෙලාවක නින්දක් යන්නේ නෑදවල් කාලයට . කොච්චර අඩු නින්දක් ලැබුවත් දවසම හරිම ප්‍රබෝදමත් මේක කලාම .ඒ දේ නං අත්දැක්කා මැඩම්.මැඩම්ට ගොඩාක් පිං මේවා කියලා දෙනවාට.💐🙏🙏🙏

      ඇත්තටම ද? Try කරන්න ඕන. ස්තූති ඔබේ අදහසට. සාමාන්‍යයෙන් දහවල් 11 ත් 2ත් අතර කාලයේ තද නිදිමතක් මට දැනෙනවා. නිදාගන්නෙත් 12 පහු වෙලා. මම තාම ඉගනගන්න කෙනෙක්

    Kapalabathi kriya is very dangerous… you need to have a good posture… erect of the back no arch….. need to train under highly trained master is a compulsory who can see your body changes…this is a good demonstration and guidance..
