I must caution people. Yoga poses/pranayama etc are not a pill you can take. Some of these poses have subtle but profound impact on your energy body. Pranayama especially is meant for an advance student. It is a double edged sword. For a beginner pawan mutkthasa series along with gentle deep breathing can be practiced safely assuming you follow yama and niyamas. Next could be surya namaskar starting with a round and gradully moving upto 3-6 .. Anything else please consult some one competent. Also remember, any kind of exercises cannot rectify a bad diet. So first start eating right and rest/sleep right before you attempt anything.
I agree as I am in my late 70s n hv done yoga but due to knee n shoulder issues i feel limited. I hv been following your pranayam dear rev Guruji n you are indeed wonderfully painstakingly n sincerely sharing your practices. I am very grateful to you.
Do check out Prashanth Sir's Yoga for knee pain, and another video for Flexible Joints. I am 60. Helped me heal my knee pain, and improved flexibility all over. (Had earlier tried out ayurveda medicines and oil massage but none had helped.) Once again Many Thanks to Guruji for his detailed videos. Really grateful to him for this service to mankind 🙏🙏

Wow could only hold my breath for about 10 seconds, after taking a deep inhalation (but strangely I think I could of held more but my mind 'freaked out' and I had to take a breath of air) I need to practice pranayama more! 🙏 Incorporating it into my daily routine. Thank you!
The way you explained Nadi suddhi where to take the breath the kandh it was wonderful now i understand your technique is wonderful no one talked about kandh and why we should take prana to our stomach
