It’s Day #4 of your ABSOLUTION 2024 Challenge! This active recovery mobility flow incorporates Pilates and barre inspired standing cardio and core, then finishes on the mat for core, mobility and flexibility.
This was a great active recovery and mobility workout. I was feeling much more energized and flexible by the time this was over. Thanks for bringing the energy and spreading it!
I've been needing more mobility work lately. This was perfect! Got my heart rate up, worked the core, and the fabulous stretching...ahhh. perfection. Thank you!
Core connection from the BAC was the perfect wamup for this class. Really needed recovery today so I never went up to level 3 so it was a wonderful mobility/core workout and of course, my hr did go up.
OOOH! I really❤ this format. Pilates and core always on 🔥🔥my whole body is sore and this active Recovery day with options was the BEST! So fun and Challenging and I’m feeling energized. Thank- u Amy❤❤
