My toddler had a really hard night last night. I think we only got a few hours of sleep and I wanted to skip my workout so bad because coffee wasn’t doing it but halfway through this and afterwards I feel so energized! Almost 10 months postpartum with baby #2 and I am feeling so strong! Thank you Amy! 💪🏼
Great workout! :) I had to hit pause a few times to get my heart rate down so that I could have great form on the next move. Loved the bonus move in each circuit! I will definitely come back to this workout :)
Loved this one! I haven't been able to follow your calendar properly for the last few weeks and this was a great one to get back into the swing of things - I love bonus moves and would like to see more of these (like the April Fools' one a year or two ago!)
