It’s day FOUR of your MOVE 2024 Challenge! This throwback workout was my first Pilates video, which millions of you have done over the years. We’ll keep it all on the mat and get strength, sculpt, and mobility.
This workout was a big part of my getting my life back together after a major illness and hospitalisation. I did it every day for months. Thank you for this.

Surprisingly, I hadn't done this one before. The burn in my abs and glutes was intense! I don't usually enjoy full mat workouts, however this one was really good and I enjoyed it! 🤩
Amazing workout. I was so wrong in assuming that it is "only" pilates and it would be easy. I enjoyed every minute. No wonder you had 2.2 mio views ...
This has always been a favorite of mine. It’s a really good workout to do if you need a break from dumbbells and kettle bells. Also, if I feel like I have an injury acting up I just need a break. I still get a really good workout. It may be all on the mat, but it’s still very challenging.
I'm thinking I am going to be so sore tomorrow! I was struggling in the beginning with the ab workout, I had to stop a few times for a second, the burn was so intense! Leg circles and inner thigh lifts are one of my all time favorites! Tough, but good!
Sorry for the thumbs down but I was not feeling this one. Started out with it and decided to ditch it for a more active recovery and stretch, which is what my body needed today.
