Day fourteen compete! This series is amazing. The exercises are manageable, even for beginners such as me. They're challenging yet fun and such a good way to clear your mind. Today, I noticed that do when I do the exercises my mind is on a complete pause. No intrusive thoughts, no overthinking, no nothing! Just totally focused on how my body feels. Good job to everyone participating. I believe in us.

My weight is 95 and I want to lose weight as soon as possible. I am 15 years old and my brother is getting married in a year. I want to lose weight. I want exercise and slimming meals, please. 😢😢😭😭😢😢
the point of pilates is sculpting and building muscles so it wont burn a lot of calories but if u want to lose weight just go on a calorie deficit with ur pilates plan it will work
hiii yes I began her workouts a few months ago and they are absolutely amazing! You can tell after each week how strong you become. Also, it's all about consistency, if you keep on doing the workouts you will for sure see changes in your body and general mood 💟
Hey, I've been doing pilates just over a year now. Please keep in mind that you have to correlate a great diet to get the result, but in regards to my experiance - i have lost a good 30 kg, im stronger, more flexabile & my abs are definitely visible 😅 its always hard at first, but its definitely worth it! Youve got this girl ❤
I have been training pilates for about 3 months. You can definitely see the results already. Toned body and reduced weight. You just need to be persistent and regular with training. I exercise every day (10 minutes stomach/20 minutes legs and butt). My diet is not exactly ideal, but I have cut down on sweets and chips.
Never reached day 14 on any workout routine ever on youtube. Proud of myself!

no just enjoy taking care of ur body and what it does for you stop worrying about calories you’ll never be satisfied
pilates doesn't burn a lot of calories, i wouldn't worry about it! if you want to shed calories i recommend cardio and/or weight lifting :)
