How hard was it for you initially? How quickly did you advance and when did you start adding ankle and wrist weights? What fitness goals do you have now? Etc.
Madeleine, I cannot stop raving about how amazing your workouts are. This one was definitely one of my favourite hands down. I love the new moves you incorporated and the music was absolutely lovely. You have helped me fall in love with moving my body. Your workouts have truly blessed me so much. I cannot thank you enough. Been doing your workouts since January this year and I've never been more confident and my relationship with my body is the best it's ever been. I love you I love you I love you !!!! Day sixteen complete! This was a bit difficult lol. I think it's because I went on a complete sugar binge yesterday (and this afternoon 😓) so I feel a bit...groggy. Anyway, I noticed midway through the workout that I'm finally beginning to get my form right! I'm starting to feel the burn in the appropriate places now! Good job to everyone participating. I believe in us.
i honestly fell in love with moving my body and i tried a lot of different workouts but i would have to say that pilates is my fav especially with madeline because it gets me burning and sweating but never leaves me out of breath like after a long run. And i feel very different mentally - i am finally happy with my body and i feel so much happier in general. Also it's probs just me being totally delulu or maybe because of my mental state i feel like there are visible changes too so anyways thanks madeline💗😻💕

@@halloumaahlem-k4iu dont necessarily need to be on a diet to see results. At first i did pilates without any diet and i was eating lots of junk food and over 1500 calories and i still saw results! But now im in a calorie deficit and trust me its so much quicker and better :)

yesss my abs are so much more defined and my legs are more toned. Obviously I have to keep going to keep the results but so far so happy with themmmm
