    I just started with these workouts. I worked out at the gym for about 2 years, but became really sick and couldn’t workout for almost 2 months. I’m in my 50’s and needed something with low impact and easy enough to do to get back into my workout routine. I love these workout videos! Something I will be doing for a long time! With a 15 minute workout, I can do it during lunch to help get me the afternoon!

      I just started this workout today and I like it I’ve tried so many different of workouts and none of them have worked out for me but this one I really enjoyed a lot and even more so it’s not to much on my knees

    I LOVED this one - probably the best one yet - because it was not too high impact, had walking breaks in between, addressed many body parts, not too long, and the music was spot on! Thank you & please keep making the great content!

    Hi Schellea! This is always a 10 out of 10 workout for me because not only do I feel fantastic and strong after I’ve finished, it also makes me feel emotional because of that last song saying “go ahead and shine” and seeing you point right at me and giving me that encouragement that I need!     What a great workout, just the right length for this 76 year old, I’m pretty fit but I got out of breath at times! I like that you incorporated many different moves and not just walking. Thanks Shellea, you are a Star

    Just found you this morning. Did the 15 minutes. Love it. I am 67 and have lower back issues, but can do the low impact workout. I workout each morning before going to my job as a custodian. Thank you for this great workout

      @@karencordeiro9396 trust her with what, she does easy walking workouts for women over 50, she's not giving us risky advanced stuff like all the "i have 30 years of experience" trainers out there. for those who never work out, we need simple workouts like this and not throwing us into advanced moves to show off the personal trainer's experience.

    ❤❤❤❤ I'm sweating so bad, and I love it. I'm so glad I found you're videos. I have anxiety, depression,chronic osteoarthritis , and am currently disabled. I've been doing your videos for 2 months now, and I haven't been able to move like this ,since I was in my twenty's ! Thank you so much for your videos. I started with the chair exercises, due to my bad knees and back, but now I'm doing the walking exercise videos and making all the way through! 😊😊😊❤❤

    I loved the work outs, I do the arms for flab, and the fat burner walk in doors for 15minutes they have really helped me a lot, for the first time in my life, my hips and sides are going away, I can now sit in those small chairs at the doctor's office. Thanks again you are God sent.👍💙♥️

    I am really loving all of your videos!! I just love the whole way you present these. I love that they we are not doing several repetitions of the same movement and the fact that you use high energy music in the background(a must for me!) and that you don't talk all throughout the video..only what is needed...I never had to exercise much before and still kept a pretty good shape and the reason that I didn't do it much because I HATE gyms and never found any exercise videos I could stick with...but now I am 54, and due to menopause I have been gaining weight and belly fat. I have been doing your videos consistently for about three months and I can see a difference in my stomach and my back doesn't get as achy as it did before...thank you very much💗

      Gives me hope lol I started just a mth ago wanted to do everyday but sometimes I find it hard to get time at the weekend but it's very good just enough I look forward to it every evening and I think it's made a difference in posture

    I have tried many work-out videos on you tube and a lot of them are very hard on your neck and back. I am 48, a chiropractor, trained in physiology and rehabilitation. I love these videos and am so happy to have found them. She offers the most ergonomically correct (with options to modify) exercises working key core muscles that I’ve found over the years we must keep strong. Exercise and strength is not about tearing your body down, it’s about picking the right exercises and doing them correctly and regularly that will have the biggest impact on our bodies and quality of life as we age. She’s got it right!

    I've been doing this every day for almost a month now - on my lunch break. It is such a great way to work up my heart rate and get moving. I work a desk job and have to sit way too long at times. I'm having to be very intentional about getting my steps, movement and stretching in and this is such a help. I am so happy I found your workouts. I can always find just what I need. Thank you!!

    I have suffered a broken leg with knee injury, I have been doing your seated exercises for a couple of months now, and just started with this standing workout today! Yay! I was able to keep up with all of it except for the squats, I varied that to my ability. These are great, I am sharing with my friends. Thank you

    I started doing your exercises on my holidays in 2020 away from home using my mobile phone and the difference to my arms and shoulders are amazing. Great for photos on sleeveless tops! Still going in my 61st now! Thank you!

    54 and currently on WW. I think this will be an excellent workout to start with. I did it for the first time and it was done so quick. Can definitely fit this in my routine

    cant wait to workout to your fat burning videos it looks so much fun I will only do it when everyone's out shopping/at work tho all I need to do is buy a pair of leggings cause its too hot to do it in normal clothing and I don't really want to do it naked what leggings do you recommend?

      That's right you don't want your boy parts showing when working out to fabulous50s i suggest covering them things up it wouldn't be a nice sight to walk in on... also if you want to keep cool I suggest wearing a sports bra and yoga shorts

    Such a great workout! Love the music and it went by so quickly- I couldn’t believe I had just done a 15 minute workout -I’m 76 and I felt it everywhere and also got my heart rate up- Thank you

    Feeling great. I do your exercises in the morning and I try to implement them throughout the day with my 15-minute breaks with work my anxiety and depression has got the best of me and hanging on by a thread to keep my job because of the economy. But you get me through it and I thank you so very much for it God bless

    Amazing, because this is my first exercise with you after 4 months recoup break because of cracked rib/no exercise. This was perfect to restart. 58 and determined to get back on track. It is always a pleasure to exercise with you. See you tomorrow. 🌞☀️

    Nice one! Turning 70 next month, lifetime exerciser but starting to do more indoor walking stuff to avoid injuries, pandemics, etc. This one went very fast for a 17 minute routine and was fun, too boot. Thanks for posting it!

    I loved the workout. Just the right amount of challenge. Thank you. I had a few health issues and had to stop working out. I recently turned 70 and wanted to gradually get back into my workout routine, This is giving me the workout and challenge I need.

    Thanks for a great workout. I take advantage of these workouts by eliminating all dairy and oils from my diet. I have dropped 20 pounds and it has stayed off since July 2023. I feel energized and working out with your video has helped me to stay in shape. My doctor is so happy for me. She said to do cardio, and I am. I am over 70 and feel blessed for the help I have received along the way. I am not on a diet. I have always eaten organic foods with low carbs, but once I gave up dairy and watched the “good oil” intake the weight just melted away. Oils, good and bad, are in many simple foods. So no more crackers or chips. Processed foods are the worst for oils. You have to read the labels. I do not feel deprived of any foods. I love not having a belly. I can tuck my shirt in my jeans and feel ‘light”.

    Oh my happy stars!! Thank you for posting this!! I actually finished a WHOLE 15 min workout...i haven't been able to do but about 9 to 10 min of one. Thank you for the encouragement thru out the video. That along with your bubbly personality it made it not feel like work. I am just starting my journey at 53 years old and way overweight. so it was not easy by any means for me to do this but so worth it!!! Thank you again!!

    These are great have tried 6 different workout but this is by far the best I'm in my late sixties and I'm so happy to be able to do these videos along with my 45 minute walks.THE CHOICE IS BRILLIANT THANKS Shelea

    I recently found your videos and I'm thrilled. Love this one especially. I was always in good shape with daily walking and yoga, stationary bike, then trends through the years..aerobics, jazzercise, tae bo etc Best shape at 40. Then back and neck disc problems from car and motorcycle accidents in my 20'sand couldn't exercise anymore. 10 years later I'm 50 lbs heavier. Now thanks to your great exercise regimens I can piece together a workout or just do one depending on what my body allows, but to be able to workout again brings me pure joy. Thank you so much for sharing!!!
