What a great video. Going through IT band pt issues now and weak hips. This is a fabulous set of easy exercises.
Now I have stretches I can do at work and random free times. Thank you. This supports my PT.
Funny how for the entire weekend I had a new pain 😫and it was in my right hip where my 17 yr old buttocks work injury happened. But this was a new pain and it was a mean as dirt pain. …I gave up life yesterday took 6 baby aspirin and went to bed. Woke up it’s gone 😳what was funny this video shows up Monday morning and last night I had thought I might want to search Bob n Brads database for hip pain.

This is an amazingly helpful video...working from home, seated at my PC has taken a toll on my back and hips. a few minutes of following the video has lessened my hip tightness and pain. Thanks Bob and Mike!! and miss you, Bob!

That was awesome! Been sitting and did these on the couch. Two year old hip and the crossover to stretch the IT band was a hit 🙌🏾
That third exercise made me scream in pain. I injured my right hip twice this year. Ill be repeating this tomorrow.

I have all kinds of hip pain and this video came in handy! The exercise where you cross you leg over the other, I've had a right full knee replacement and have a hard time bending the knee over the other leg. Any suggestions on a work-around to still get the stretch in the muscles? Thank you in advance for your help! ❤

FYI I had a total right hip 2019 and immediately started a walking program. Now I've been doing Jiu-Jitsu for a year. I'm 72. Surgeons did a fantastic job.

Little tip if you‘re oberweight, you xan use something like a scarf or rolled up towel to grab your knees etc.

Ty Bob and brad! Just. What I needed for the hips, yay! Also the massage gun, is there a long handle so ppl can do their back? I certainly would love to do my whole back with a great massage:)
I will do these exercises since I have had bad hips all my adult life. Another thing I found was when you're standing, to pull in your lower abdomen and it will align your hips correctly while you are standing. I've been doing that and it really helps.
ALSO, squeezing the butt cheeks while standing AND walking!
It was all wonderful, except for the last one for the hip flexor. My legs are too short to stay on the seat but I can do it another way. Thank you!
