The Chosen One was foretold to bring balance to the Force, not eradicate the Dak Side in favor of the Light; it may have been a Jedi prophecy, but remember that Jedi versus Sith did not always equate to Light versus Dark. The Sith "Chosen One" described in this video served a different purpose entirely.

In the book of Episode III, during Palpatine's and Anakin's conversation (the last one before Windu showed up), Palpatine tells Anakin something along the line of "Yes, you are the chosen one, I have chosen you"

the first and possibly only true sithari was called sithari king adas not much lore but what their is on him does make him out be both extremely powerful but also extremely intelligent for example he defeated likely the most powerful rakata warlord they likely ever had who had conquered a good portion of the territory they had taken himself only being defeated by adas and the rakata never fully recovered from losing that war.
its also likely one reason why caedus and Lumiya were as powerful as they were was because they both likely gained access to and learn some of adas's knowledge from his holocron given Lumiya and had access to it and had been given access to some of its knowledge along with various other sith who were known to have been granted some knowledge from it all typically became very powerful.
I think it may be a cycle with them. A cycle of millenia, if not more. Darth Bane might've been one of many prophetized Sith'ari who came before him and made a historical milestone in order to cleanse and reborn the Sith Order; stronger each time. Maybe that's that; maybe not. I don't have a wide domain of the SW lore or read any books and stuff about it. For now, I've just watched these kinds of shorts.

Technically, the Chosen One should be for both the light side and the dark side as he/she is supposed to bring balance to the force, not let one side become stronger or weaker than the other. The Sith didn't care for balance however.

It seemed like Palpatine was more interested in the Jedi chosen one than the Sith chosen one. Both were supposed to be strong, but he continued disobeying the Rule of 2

Technically it was Palpatine who became a Sith Eternal and the most powerful Sith ever, also there’s the simple fact he’s supposed to represent Nakhash the Father of all Shadows.

There was never a chosen one before Anakin. He is the one and only chosen one. Because if there was one before Anakin, the father (mortis god) would have known that. But as you can see, based on the father's conversation with anakin, anakin is the only chosen one in existence. There was NEVER another.
