Day 2. This round I took break only one time after lunge. It was a MUST break. I felt like I hurt my left hip, so couldn't do lunge but I replaced with some arm exercise instead. I didn't feel pain when I did squat though. When it's UP next just rest girls haha it will be easier.

I had a very bad burnout 11 weeks ago and have completely lost trust in my own body. Couldn’t go to work ever since and I have been bound to bed for a few weeks. After a lot of rest and getting rid of most stressors in my life I finally was able to start easy Yoga, today I finally was able to follow this workout. It‘s baby steps of progress, but I‘m getting there!
