This knife is absolutely gorgeous, if anyone is on the fence after a year...this is a must buy in both Red and Black versions of shredded carbon. Can't decide which I like more the blacked out version or polished. It comes down to black deep pocket for work and steel finish for casual. At $38 what a stunner!

Thinking of getting one of these for my weekday edc to/from work. Illinois Blade restrictions so I stick around 3” blade. Is there any texture on the scales? I hate carbon fiber laminate that’s really glossy.
