Finally found one of these in stock from Northern Knives. Bought it on Thursday and got it on Monday. From AK to TX free shipping, not bad at all. Also mine is pretty damn sharp out of the box.
You are lucky, I got the same exact knife & the edge bevels were not at all close to even. So I laid the edge back to 17dps & omg it cuts like a dream now!

I just ordered that exact TR-3 today. First thing is replace the clip w/deep carry. I was considering a Terzuola or a Hogue Ballista, but didn't want to drop 500 on the Terzuola and I didn't like the Hogue's clip, 154cm or sharpening cutout. So, TR-3 MC wins for me.
I’ve had a few magnacut knives. From hogue, spyderco, benchmade, microtech, and chris reeve. Chris Reeve heat treats to 63-64 HRC and I’ve found it to be the best.
