Ya… and brotha once you sharpen into that fresh material… it retains its edge.. I’ve got the blue micarta version and I’ve been eyeing one of these carbon ones… I carry mine in my sweaty pockets all the time it has NO rust… that’s the satin version.. these dark washed ones are better coating..

You need to break that knife in. Flick a couple of 100 times and it’ll be smoother than bearings. Both mine have fantastic action but arrived like yours.

Mine is the same way as yours. I found a titanium version for a good price and other than the detent on the strong side the action is night and day compared to the one you showed
