- Okay my friends, it's time to get in some good old classic strength training! We have a total body strength workout ahead of us today. Getting back to HR workouts and rather strength training after a gap of almost 4 months. Was uncertain whether I could do it at all but I pushed myself to finish this workout and I'm now pumped to get back to strength training full swing. Thanks Heather! This workout was what I was looking for. A perfect combination of controlled movements that make you feel stronger and still break a good amount of sweat.

Love your workouts, Heather! Please make more videos like this with triceps work. I feel like many of the workouts are very shoulder-centric and I have a bad shoulder so these are difficult. Plus, many women have the "bat wing" triceps plaguing them! Thanks!
