    Tricep pushups always get me feeling defeated! Been using your videos for over a year and I still can't conquer them! But you are an introverts dream... work out, without socializing, lol! You are the best! Thank you for everything ❤️

    I really appreciate how you indicate the exercises we'll be doing, and the number of circuits in the description!! It helps me set out my weights in advance and gets me psyched up to do another amazing workout!!! Thank you for all you do!

    Thank you Heather for another great one! Non-scale victory - got up to 8 triceps pushups on the toes before having to drop to knees. And after using a bit heavier weights throughout because I have kg dumbbells. Each time, we get stronger!

    Felt the burn on this one Heather! I up’d my weight on the tricep extensions for both single and double arms! 💪🏽 So happy for this community and everything you bring! 😭😭 grateful is an understatement !

    Day 18 is complete! My upper body strength is a continuous work in progress. Definitely modified a few things to accommodate a healing right shoulder, however, I can tell it has improved a little bit since Week 1! Progress is progress, I’ll take it! Thank you, Heather!

    Heather, thank you for this workout. I actually loved this month’s workout! Much better than the previous ones. Can you please make more of these in the upcoming months? It was a smart choice to incorporate a break day in-between the workout days. Please please please see this comment and make more! I love how this month’s workout is targeted on the muscles and not just cardio.

    I took a week off for vacay. Walked every day, but I did no upper body training. I can tell! A bit like starting over, but I've gained a lot in the first 17 workouts so i know I'll bounce back quickly. Thank you, Heather. It was tough getting back into it today, but I'm back on the horse!
