My goodness, my goodness! Arianna, this was a wonderful (belated, 5/30) 68th birthday gift to myself. You busted me gratefully on my posture a couple time, and I'm saving this one for repetition. My daughter wanted to take me swimming for my birthday, but I was self conscious about my belly and loose thighs. This will help tremendously for a swimsuit date with her soon. the beginning was very challenging as someone with little to no upper body strength. couldn't perform every walk up and down through downward dog, plank position, or lifted knees tabletop. i did as many of these as I could at my own pace, got through the workout and finished strong! felt a good burn in my deep core which was awesome! looking forward to making progress with more of your pilates

Not even kidding you that was my COMPLETE thought process a week into this teacher training! I was like wait... was this awful or amazing? 😭 The second class was still death, but the third and fourth started to feel like BLISS because my mind knew what to expect more and more, which made me want to push through since I knew the burn only lasted so long lol! Keep going!
This is wonderful, I just completed my first 10K run and made a commitment the next 6 months I was going to do yoga between my run days - oh the excitement when I came to see what June challenge was and saw pilates, as this was on my bucket list as well. Thank you 🇦🇬!!!!

Oh absolutely! First off, you ARE apart of this beautiful community. 🫂 In regard to the other portion of what you mentioned, I can completely understand how it may be perceived that way. Understandable. I do try to say, as often as possible, that every physical body is different though and genetics themselves can also play a huge role in how everyone's results ultimately turn out. Just like with my 30 Day Journey Exhale into Splits. I was nervous to create it because I knew right off the bat that there was no way EVERYONE that followed those videos would find their FULL split because every physical body is different. Luckily it seemed most everyone enjoyed it and simply took from it what they could enjoy the most 🥹🤍 Same goes for this class. I titled it "hourglass abs" not to say that everyone that does it will have that "coke bottle shape" , but mainly because the muscles it targets and strengthens are the ones that are infamously known to be in those areas. 🙏🏽 Plus, there actually are some people that genetically have that type of 'frame' (for lack of better words) and want to do exercises specifically to enhance that. But ultimately hear me when I say that regardless of the results, God made us all absolute masterpieces in His own image! We are all so unique as is and I hope no one thinks I'm every trying to take away from them feeling great about who they are as is!🤍🤍🤍 I appreciate your comment though so much and thank you for being kind yet direct in your delivery 👏🏾👏🏾🫶🏽
