Thanks for coming out in the cold and sharing this with me. It is Friday i am retired but i have 2 oil changes to do one on my 2013 Bug and one on the wife’s Honda CRV. Planning for 2 cold hours outside today. Stay warm my friend! It is cold up here in the north east.
Great video! Most all of my stuff is IRS, but I've got a swing axle rail that I'll end up removing at some point and this was a great refresher for me! Sub'd
Wish I had seen this a few years back when my 65 needed to come out.
In case I ever get an older Beetle, I'm putting this in my how-to library! Loved it!
Future reference, Bill with B&D Performance transmission is in Michigan. Super great guy and does amazing work.
Will keep that in mind, thanks dude!

Hell yeah! Good luck, thanks for watching
That's a clean beetle. The hub nuts seemed a little loose, or maybe it's just because you have a good impact gun.
I had everything apart once and never hit record so I put it all back together and did it again 😂
@@wickedwerks mad man 🤣
👍
Great stuff, Q, when you ship the transaxle did you pull the axles and is there anything special about doing that process?
Nope, strapped it to a pallet. Going back by freight. Sending it back as it arrived to me
I can't slide the ash tray out in ten minutes. 🙂
Are you using Milwaukee impact tools ?
Yes
Easy for you. Lol
I used a Semi-truck Intertublt. 1972
