GT7 80cc Motorized Bicycle Build

A Saturday GT7 80cc motorized bicycle conversion on a mountain bike we found. The engine kit came from Gasbike.net. Music is from Mendelssohn's Symphony Nr. 4

Grear build . Drill extra 5/16 hole on opposite side of exit stub and cut off long extensinson tube even w baffle cap an watch it wake up w out much more noise . The music was alluring and classy along w the cool color of the bike

When you upgrade to the 4 stroke without welding I actually had to use that water bottle stick out to make it the most even I could.

What type of head use on top of the motor and what size spark plug

Sadly the bike was stolen shortly after this video, so we'll never know. Keep your stuff locked even in gated apartment complexes!
