Salve, e benvenuti! This channel is largely concerned with motorcycle journeys in the American Southwest on the backs of my 1974 Moto Guzzi Eldorado, 1976 Moto Guzzi I-Convert, and my 2000 Honda Valkyrie.
Currently in India riding a 1968 Royal Enfield Bullet Standard 350 (G2), a 1972 Royal Enfield Bullet Standard 350 (B Series), and a 1944 Norton WD 16H.

1972 Royal Enfield Bullet: Mumbai to Kanyakumari via Coastal Road - Part II
Part 2 of a 2 part video series concerning a ride from Mumbai to the southern tip of India, Kanyakumari, on my 1972 Royal Enfield Bullet 350 Standard. This video features the wonderful roads of Kerala and Tamil Nadu with my good friends Shankar and Karthik...
The starting procedure for a motorcycle designed in the 1940’s is not as straightforward as a modern machine. It involves freeing the clutch plates (which stick together overnight), manually priming the engine, turning on the fuel tap and the ignition switch, enriching the fuel mix, positioning the piston for startup, saying a quick prayer that the engine doesn’t kick back, and kick starting the engine until it comes to life.
It’s after that procedure that I set off on the morning of Sunday, 14 January 2024, for a 1,300-mile journey from Mumbai to the southernmost point of India: Kanyakumari. I spent months pouring over maps of rural scenic roads, but nothing could have prepared me for the wonderful experiences and the amazing sights that came my way over the course of the next three weeks.
For the long journey I packed 3 changes of clothes, swim shorts, a leather jacket, a flea market HMT Janata wrist watch, some toiletries, a mosquito net, two cell phones, a charger, my documents, a credit card, a map of India, some snacks and water, a journal, some cash hidden throughout the bike, my Nording pipe with some Lane 1Q pipe tobacco, and my trusty Mexican blanket. For the bike I brought some tools, a cover, some frequently needed spare parts, and a quart of oil.
After reaching the southernmost tip of India, my friends (who met me in Kerala) and I packed and loaded our bikes into the cargo car of a train and moved to the passenger section for the 30+ hour ride north back to Mumbai.
Amazingly, the old bike made it without any major issues.

A video documenting the restoration of my 1972 B1 Royal Enfield Bullet 350 Standard. I purchased this bike from a friend in 2022. It must have passed through many mechanics over the years, some not so good, and needed lots of love. It took almost a year to complete the restoration. Thank you to everyone who helped me along the way. She's riding very smoothly and powerfully these days. The proje...

Republic Day. Mumbai, Maharashtra. 2023. A ride to the costal town of Dapoli, on my 1968 G2 Royal Enfield Cast Iron Bullet 350 Standard. I took backroads and tried my best to stick to the coast. I did get lost a few times but the old girl never missed a beat. I would recommend watching this video on a sound system with good bass, or with headphones, to fully appreciate the delightful exhaust no...

1976 Moto Guzzi Convert: San Diego to Palm Springs dentist appointment
มุมมอง 2.7K2 ปีที่แล้ว
A trip to my dentist in Palm Desert (Palm Springs) to replace a crown on my front tooth which I broke eating baby back ribs. I decided for this ride to take the 1976 Moto Guzzi Convert, a rare automatic motorcycle. I took all backroads. I went up and over the mountains on the way there, and south across the deserts on the ride back. It was a pleasant journey. A real feeling of sprezzatura on th...

Can someone guide or share contact how to pass registration thru RTO which enable one to ride vintage RE collectibles?
Well done film. A fine tribute to an Italian icon.
I was so blessed when I saw your first video on my feed of restoring the bullet B1 series! I always wondered about the ape hangers and the rear carrier "why the guy didn't follow the restoring trends with the *G2 handle bar and short seats*! Now after a while I see why!❤ Subscriber +1

I wanted to ask, in the morning when packing up your tent. what did you do if it was wet or damp? This has been one of my concerns on how to deal with packing a wet tent and what do you do to make sure when you setup for the next camp that the tent is dry?
Sometimes I had no choice but to pack it a little damp. I would make sure that the following evening I stopped early and let it dry off before using it again. When I get home I always give it the heavy duty soap wash.
❤
That was rock n' roll 🔥 good collection of HMTs too!
