I think it's sad how many of us can relate to this. Why are we now suffering this sentiments of being powerless and useless at the same time all over the world? What forced us to cope through this high amount of indifference and self-indulgence? I get it... we want to be happy and to be happy we have to accept that we can't change what we can't change. But do we have the wisdom to realize if we really can't change something? Is this the world that we want to inherit to our next generations? Maybe we have to sacrifice our happiness for a better future to everyone... I love being at peace, but there is a time when when one has to stop being peaceful. If you see injustice... abuse of power.. conflict... misery... DO NOT STAY PEACEFUL. That's the time to act and speak up. Discuss and debate to seek truth or agreement. Every emotion has its purpose. Do not suppress them, just find better ways to release them. Stay peaceful. Stay angry. Stay happy. Stay sad. Stay compassionate. Stay worried. Stay prudent. STAY TRUE.

honest and simple 👍 yes, our mind can be our worst enemy; take control of it for the sake of yourself, but try to be clever in life and at least make enhancements to yourself via any way that is accessible to u... like learning new stuff and gaining more abilities... practicing martial arts... etc. also don't neglect spirituality
