    I have learned something very important in my short 63 yrs of life. Never listen to your thoughts. I hear them but brush every one of them under the rug. Thoughts are created by demons trying to confuse and create depression and anxiety. Never listen to your thoughts.

    Welcome to today! So Rodney you'd probably know the philosophy that thoughts come and go and the best we can do is simply recognize, "Yup, that's a thought." Change it if you want or let it go. Our thoughts shouldn't own us. I read somewhere that when you're mind is running away with your soul you can stop and say simply, "What's my next thought?" Every time I do this my mind goes blank. It's fun.

    Rodney, Thank you for sharing 'cause sharing is the way to share what you think you should share, and if you didn't share it, it wouldn't be called sharing. So have a day, 'cause to say a good day might be too much pressure on changing what could be an average day, or maybe even a bad day, but hopefully you will have a day. So have a day that is a day that you will try to have 'cause if you didn't have a day then you wouldn't be able to recognize a good day from an average day or even a bad day. So thank you and have a day or whatever.....bye!

After a few minutes into a good game or on the guitar, the shitty thoughts start going away and then I’m just in a flow state and soon enough I forget why I was feeling like shit.

    Time heals. The main thing is to keep remembering that this state of mind is:
    a) unhealthy, not normal;
    b) temporary.
    In the periods of extremities it's better to reduce your activity to minimum. Skip some moves for an ability to make moves in the future.

I always wonder who I am talking to when I talk to myself , I mean I'm the self and I'm talking to myself, what's up with that? I like how you use your hands to talk too, I do that too , like there are two muppets arguing with each other in our heads or something. You are cool, and down to earth.
