    did a lot of your workouts, but this one is definitely one of my favorite ones!! I'm no pro at pilates by far, but as a casual pilates enjoyer, I think this routine offers the perfect balance between energizing heart rate raising and some serious work for your leg and ab muscles

    Nicole, you have become my favorite trainer. I am 64 and while I love exercise, there are body parts that easily injure. Your classes allow me to tone my entire body, without incurring pain. I never tire of your videos. Thank you for your inspiration!

    So great that the cardio exercises didn’t require a lot of jumping (I modified the jacks into side leg lifts)! I love being able to get some cardio into indoor workouts!

    Perfect workout ! This time I've taken 1kg bottes of water, and not my 3 kg weights ! Today is a day-off in France, so it was a real pleasure to do this workout while it was raining outside ! I miss the beautiful beach in your previous vidéo.. you're the best pilates teacher, Nicole.. I will definitely stop doing fitness and practice pilates. 🥰

    I just saw this exercise, and doing it now for few days .I’m hesitant at first because I’m afraid I may hurt my back, my body hurts at first but surprisingly my back feels so much better and I’m starting to learn to flex my body little by little. You don’t have to rush it. By the way, I’m 51! Thank you so much Nicole! 🥰

    thank you nicole. i stopped exercising for 4 weeks completely! no walks no nothing and BANG the weight came back and made me even more sad :-( but it took me all week to finally get up and do something about it.     I can't thank you enough. Your videos and instruction have completely transformed my body. I used to weight lift but after a bad back injury I took a huge step back from fitness overall. A year later I found your videos and they are helping with my recovery. I have developed a new love for pilates and don't think I will ever return to heavy lifting.

    Como siempre super feliz y agradecida contigo por tus increíbles clases!! eres la única instructora que sigo en you tube, soy fan no.1. Hoy casi muero ya que hice la clase con pesas de 4 kg pero lo logre!! Soy profesora de Kundalini yoga y personalmente no disfruto mucho las clases como de boot camp. Tu voz calmada combinada con los ejercicios me trasmiten paz y motivación. Me encanta la combinación de cardio con fuerza y resistencia pero también con un poco de yoga de vez en cuando para hacer pausas y estirar los músculos. Me gustarían series de cardio sin repeticiones, si puedes hacer un video así te agradecería mucho!! un abrazo.♥

    I must have missed this when it first came out, but I'm so glad I found it now. I love all of your HIIT and cardio workouts.     For anyone who finds it hard to keep the weight clenched behind your knee or against your thigh, I used a resistance band around my thighs for the side series and it gave such a nice burn!
