#5 ❤. And yes please do a video on what you eat.
Would love to know what you eat 🌿
I'll definitely post a video soon of what I eat in a day, but the short version is that I prioritize protein (meat, seafood, eggs, etc.), I eat fruits and veggies, and very little highly processed food (other than protein bars and occasional treats). Eating mostly whole, real foods has been very helpful in losing weight and now maintaining. 😀
What do you eat?
I'll do a video soon, but I prioritize protein (meat, seafood, eggs, protein powder, etc.) for satiety and to maintain muscle. I eat fruits and veggies 🥕🍎, and a little bit of dairy. I avoid highly processed foods MOST of the time, but I do treat myself on occasion. This way of eating has really worked well for me and I don't feel deprived. 😁
