    Breathing to the inside of my shoulder blade was a new prompt for me-what a difference it made! The reminder to pull back my pinkie toe is always useful.
    I am thankful, too, for your manner of being and guiding and your words toward the end of practice.
    I always thoroughly enjoy your videos. Thank you for sharing yourself and your practice.

    that first flow with two legged dog was so graceful but intense. I love how your classes are always strong but soft, with a lot of creativity.

    One of those practices that has sense of healing to it. I can imagine energy arrow traveling inside the body, stretching and pulling internaly awaking every organ in such a tender and competionatly way creating internal stream of healing. Thanks a lot!

    This was a diverse and therefore fun experience for me. Thanks a lot!
    When you asked what I appreciate it came to my mind that I appreciate that I mindfully move and make sure that I'm save in a position, not just pushing, but pushing carefully and notice what happens in my body.
    It took a while to learn it. Happy that I did. No more pain in my joints from yoga ✌️

    Holidays with the extended family = more time for yoga :) I enjoyed this one a lot. Since giving birth to #2, my hips have been super tight. The pigeon lift and lower is super challenging, but I love the exploration of the space that is there, and see how it slowly expands and evolves, day by day, practice by practice.

    Hi Patrick, just want to thank you for your amazing classes. Your full body strength actually fixed my QL tightness through all the pistols and Shrimp squats.     This was soo good! Those additional comments during postures on focus and approach was really spot on, and helped me a lot to follow the practice at my own level and use the internal levers much more efficiently, and holistically.

    A midweek highlight in my home yoga practice. In gratitude for your loving kindness for all beings whether in person or virtual. Felt emotional at the last words of going in the plough posture to provide shelter for ourselves and having a gentle dialogue. It works! Energised and uplifted. 💕

    As always a beautiful class! I loved it 😍, but I have the same problem in balance with the ardha chandrasana. Is there something I can do before this? Some kind of training , 🙈🙈

    This practice is grounding and challenging to bits. Not only physically but mentally - allows me to look closer on my body's movement and control it with a greater dose of awareness. Thank you Patric for the class. I am definitely going to challenge myself and try this practice again.
