I literally roll out of bed at 5 am to get 30 minutes on my mat before work. This flow woke up every part of my being. It was challenging, creative, and fun. Thank you for starting my day!
Just finished my 3rd time through this class in about a week. I wanted to "get the confidence/balance" of reaching my hand back to my heal without looking - the first time I almost fell over! lol! By the second class I was waiting for it and had it on lock - third time I could have done it with my eyes closed. Gaining that small achievement felt great! Speaking of small details - I really enjoyed going from toes pose > heals > open to forward fold. The depth entering the fold felt amazing every time and was very fluid. Also, surprisingly (I was surprised that I tried it at all) I got into a 3second "version" of side crow - I wouldn't post a video on TH-cam of my self doing it but for me it was a big success :). Those challenges are so fun. Super great content Patrick - I appreciate your generosity. And I appreciate the thoughtfulness you clearly put into planning each class. I'm always impressed what your classes get accomplished in
Miss working through new classes of yours on Alo Moves and am so glad I found your channel. Thank you for uploading these classes and am really looking forward to carving out 2 hours soon to attempt that class. Twisted chair into warrior 3 was fun and the feels in half lunge moving the arms forward and back and shifting the hips into posterior and anterior tilt felt incredible.
A good one, I had to adapt some postures to my current capability. I didn't know I'm not able to touch my feet whilst having one arm lifted, now i know and I will keep practicing until I can. :)
This was just the routine I needed this morning - thank you so much! The second round I was so much more open and at the end of the routine I feel so fluid. Have a great day!
Beyond amazing, I really appreciated the twists, but still struggled to keep my balance lifting one leg from twisted chair pose - what a nice challenge ;) thanks Patrick!
I’m very thankful for this new video. You’re an inspiration, I enjoy the movements so soft and gentle; I would like to perform the vinyasa transitions as well as you do but I have pain on my wrists 😣
can i ask a question? @patrick whats the difference in muscle activation in a bridge : squeezing a block vs pushing the knees out into a strap around the thighs above the knees?

if you can find some parallel bars that are low to the ground, they are a great option for wrist pain!
