I've been doing your workouts for 2 weeks now and they haven't gotten much easier on me lol I've lost 5 lbs so far with these along with walking 2 days a week and a calorie deficit. Thank you! I will update my progress throughout my journey to a healthier self. UPDATE: 🎉 over a month working out to these videos, walking, and maintaining my calorie deficit and I've lost 13 lbs! 38 lbs till my goal weight. Thank you madfit for the workouts I'm getting much stronger. Update #2: I finally am down 25 lbs in 2.5 months. 26 lbs to go till my goal weight
I love that when your workouts say 20 minutes- they’re ACTUALLY 20 minutes. No long intros & you jump straight into the next moves & demo while we go along with you. Great that I can still get a proper workout in when I don’t have much time ❤❤

I love 20 minute full body workouts 🥰 Please do one that is knee-friendly and has quadriceps exercises, most don't have quadriceps exercises or repetitions and I like repetitions, I feel like I'm working that muscle better 😂
I really like your videos. One thing I wish they had was the structure of the workout right at the top of the video. I like to mix it up, so some days I like doing the super sets, others maybe 2 rounds of repeats. It just helps to sort through which video I want to use that day a little easier. Thank you for sharing your videos!
My first day of workout....i have done ur warmup, full body and cool down... OMG warm up was so nice...but this whole workout...i didnt know i am this much weak.....my legs are literally trembling while doing many steps esp my left leg...😢😢😢😢but Iam completed... sweating a lot..I am happy..coz i have done it...❤❤❤THANK U DEAR❤ Update: OMG!!! I cant even get up from bed... complete body hurts.....butt hurts...cant even sit😢😢😢cant walk properly 😭
Thank you for the form instructuon, esp "press the heels into the ground, feet out"! Pronating the feet also...i didn't do perfect but thos helped my knees so much!
Thank you for this. My depression hit me again and it gave me no excitement to workout. Fortunately my dog nudged me to my mat and I guess that was her telling me I should workout. Couldn’t handle 30mins so this one was great. Felt better afterwards so thank you.
Just here to say BODYGOALS!!! Also I love your workouts! Cancelled my harna sub just because i seem to get more of a workout with these full body workouts. I always get a good sweaf in and love the next day soreness feeling
