    This was great! You've convinced me of the importance of glute exercises and your booty band glute workouts are the best. That 90 degree banded clams up move had me burning as well! Super intense and quickly had me regret choosing a harder band, although what an effective move. You can feel it working for sure. Thank you for another favorite, Roxanne!

    That was a little challenging in the beginning, but I am glad I stuck with it. I think I have to get used to using the bands, or get some that are better quality. LOL

      @@WorkoutWithRoxanne I like the 15-20 minute workouts using kettlebells and sometimes the bands, like this one. I’ve had kettlebells for years and didn’t get much use out of them until I found your channel. Thank you for the great content.
