Sometimes places just feel right. They know what they are doing and the customers know whats good. The place was buzzing. You guys gave a decent review. Congrats on the 100k Matt. I've been watching you since the dreaded lockdowns . Always genuine imo.
This place makes such a contrast to the middle class hipster coffee shop I was in this morning in London where everyone ignores everyone else typing away on their Apple Macs whilst eating avocado on sourdough toast, trying to look too cool for school. This restaurant actually look like it makes you feel welcome and connected to the people and the food that is being served.

I’m glad to see Persian food being appreciated as it is, not Waitrose or some pretentious newspaper adding pomegranate to their salad and calling it Persian

Loads of people have already asked this question in the comments. Callum has moved job roles and is working behind the scenes editing videos. Matt has a new camera man now.
The chicken and lamb were sliced thin, which means it cooks faster and its tougher. Turkish food far superior, and cut and cooked more tender
The very word kabab drives from Persian, meaning to roast, and the skewers are called Sikh wich the Turks call sis drives from the Persian word Sikh meaning sword. Persian food is more sophisticated and more original, with expensive ingredients such as Saffron and caviar, which isn't available in Turkish dishes. Iranian kababs, unlike the cheap turkish ones, don't have parsley and peppers mixed with meat because I know even in Turkey, the meat is more expensive, and they give you little meat and lots of bread taste wise as an non-Iranian that Turkish mish mash cuisine can't compete with far elegant original Persian cuisine that's why you guys created that cheap mistry meat doner with the help of Germans.
