You can Make it super easy yourself! Even if you cannot get buttermilk - you can Make that yourself too. And if you don’t like eating raw egg substitute for creme fraiche/sour cream. Same goes for kammerjunker - check Mette Blomsterberg’s recipe for them - it’s so close to store bought but much better! So missing it is only a matter of shopping and hitting The kitchen!

What about bringing him some of our pastries next time? I have followed on twitch
