    Love that you were able to reflect on your day and understand how you were feeling and why it didn’t necessarily go the way you thought it would. Super refreshing seeing someone take that time to think and analyse their own thoughts. Loving the content keep it up xx
    Also im a pastry chef and the bread most likely just has a higher percentage of hydration from the amount of water used in the sourdough starter or just in the base recipe. Xx

    Head bands that are not really tight are good so your not pulling back your hair as tight and coming from a cosmetologist who runs try to massage your scalp 3-7 times a week for at least 5 min and it will help stimulate your scalp and therefore help with hair growth.
