Hey guys, just rebuilding my 250 XC shock and possibly have the same issue with the shock body. How did you get it fixed? KTM does not offer this particular part separately. Are there any decent aftermarket options? Thanks in advance for your response.
Thank you for your very helpful videos, much appreciated. Question please I was wanting to lower my Ktm without effecting the shock stroke by fitting an alternative bottom rod end. Can you please advise if such a rod end exists and secondly can you advise correct disassembly and reassembly without damaging the rebound damping adjustment mechanism. Thanking you in advance.
Do you know any method of purging the shock absorber without having to use a vacuum device, it would be of great help, I await your clarification, greetings.
Hit it upwards with a punch or flathead using a hammer. Hit it from alternating holes (2 or 4) to hit it out evenly. Don’t damage the shock shaft in the process, should come up pretty easily

Get a bladder kit for it and you don’t need it
@@nepicness You have not clarified anything I asked you.
@@Mario14792 The answer is no. You can't. Buy the pump, sent it to a shop, or get a bladder kit.
How did you remove the cover above the clip at 46 seconds? It kind of skipped over that part, thanks..

Impressive work dude 👻 ; can you convert a 2013 WP 1190R shock into a PDS shock?
what you mean ? 1190r already have pds shock
PDS is KTM’s non linkage bike, sounds like you already have a PDS shock
